加筋粉煤灰的平面应变试验研究

    Experimental study on plane strain of reinforced fly ash

    • 摘要: 为探求加筋层数、含水率、围压对粉煤灰变形强度的影响,在不同含水率、不同围压条件下,采用PY-10型平面应变仪对不同加筋层数的粉煤灰进行平面应变试验,研究其应力-应变曲线、抗剪强度的变化规律。试验结果表明:在不同加筋层数、不同围压、不同含水率条件下,粉煤灰的应力-应变关系曲线为硬化型;随着加筋层数的增加,或含水率的降低,或围压的增大,粉煤灰的应力-应变关系曲线有着不同程度的提高;增加加筋层数、增大围压、降低含水率,可有效减小粉煤灰的变形,提高其结构强度。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effect on deformation strength of coal fly ash produced by reinforcement layers,moisture content and confining pressure,test is made on the plane strain of ash having different number of reinforcement layers,moisture contents and confining pressures using a py- 10 plane strain gauge,with an aim to defining the law governing the variation of stress in relation to strain and the shear strength of fly ash. Result of test indicates that in case the confining pressure,the stress and strain assume in all cases a linear relationship. Whereas,with the increasing reinforcement layers,decrease of moisture content and increase of confining pressure,the shear strength of fly ash tends to increase to varying degrees. In other instance,with the increase of reinforcement layers and confining pressure,and reduction of moisture content,the fly ash is seen to have a higher structural strength due to effective diminution of deformation.
