燕子山选煤厂煤泥滚筒干燥系统调整与优化实践

    Readjustment and optimization of the drum-type coal slime thermal drying system at Yanzishan coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 针对燕子山矿煤泥脱水后煤泥水分高、煤泥入料条件不稳定、滚筒干燥机使用效果差等问题,在分析煤泥入料量与入料水分对煤泥干燥效果影响的基础上,通过建立燃烧炉烟气温度与煤泥入料条件之间的关系式,得出了燃烧炉烟气温度调整策略,从而保证煤泥干燥效果,并取得了良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: To cope with the problem encountered at the plant,such as high moisture of dewatered product,inconsistency of feed and fluctuation of performance of drying system,an analysis is made of the effect of feed rate and moisture on performance of thermal drying system,and based on the analysis,the relationship between the boiler temperature and dryer feed conditions is finally defined. Though making according readjustment of the boiler temperature,a stable and improved performance of the thermal drying system is ensured. This has brought forth a favorable economic result.
