邯郸洗选厂浮选精煤掺粗降水提效实践

    Field application of the technique for improved performance of filter press in dewatering of flotation concentrate blended with coarse slime at Handan Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 为了降低浮选精煤水分,提高压滤机工作效率,取得降水分与提效率的双赢,邯郸洗选厂采取了向浮选精煤中掺入CSS粗煤泥分选机溢流粗颗粒的办法,并研究了压滤机入料粒度组成的变化对其产品水分和压滤效率的影响,确定了最佳掺粗方案。生产实践表明:掺粗后,以压滤入料中<0.045 mm粒级含量在40%左右时,浮选精煤水分降低最多,压滤效果最好。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve the two-fold objective of reducing the moisture of flotation concentrate while increasing the efficiency of filter press,the method of mixing the flotation concentrate with the coarse particles obtained from the overflow of the coarse slime separator( CSS) is adopted. Through an analysis of the effect on cake moisture and efficiency of the filter press produced by variation of size composition of the feed of filter press,the most appropriate blending scheme is defined. Practice shows that when the < 0. 045 mm size coarse slime is added into flotation concentrate in a proportion of around 40%,the filter press can work with the optimal performance in terms of working efficiency and the extent to which the cake moisture is reduced.
