基于粒度级分配率的带有气动式击打器的精煤泥弧形筛工艺指标预测

摘要: 介绍了气动式击打器的结构和工作原理,以林西矿选煤厂精煤泥弧形筛气动式击打器参数寻优试验数据为例,按照GB/T15716—2005《煤用筛分设备工艺性能评定方法》的方法和步骤,计算出筛分产物产率和粒度级分配率。利用林西矿选煤厂精煤泥弧形筛的粒度级分配率预测了一座炼焦煤选煤厂精煤泥弧形筛的工艺效果,并与正在使用的两段精煤泥弧形筛的实际工艺效果进行了对比和分析,结果表明,带有气动式击打器的单段精煤泥弧形筛可取代两段串联的精煤泥弧形筛。Abstract: An introduction is made in the paper to the structure and operating principle of the pneumatically-actuated striking mechanism fitted on the clean coal slime sieve bend,and such a bend working at Linxi Mine Coal Preparation Plant is cited by way of example. Based on the data obtained through conducting experiments on optimization of parameters of the striking mechanism on the bend working at the plant,calculation is made of the yield and partition coefficient of each size fraction by following the method and procedures set forth in GB /715716-2005——Methods for Evaluation of Performance of Coal Screening Equipment. The partition coefficient of each size fraction calculated is then taken as a basis for predicting the working performance of the 2-stage clean coal slime sieve bends used at a coking coal plant. Following that an analysis and comparison are made with the actual working performance of the 2-stage system in operation. Comparison indicates that a single-stage clean coal slime sieve bend fitted with sieve bend can replace a 2-stage version working in series.
