基于煤矸石、赤泥酸碱释放机理的混合堆存技术探索

    A study of the technique for mixed stacking of coal mine waste and red mud based on acid and alkali releasing mechanisms

    • 摘要: 通过对煤矸石、赤泥进行物性分析,得出了各自的物质组成、化学组成等物化指标;简述了煤矸石自燃产酸过程和赤泥碱性物质的释放机理,以指导煤矸石、赤泥综合利用;通过分析煤矸石-赤泥混合制备烧结砖存在的优缺点,提出了煤矸石-赤泥混合堆存技术,并预期了实施混合堆存技术将取得的效果。

       

      Abstract: Through physio-chemical analysis of coal mine waste and red mud,their mineral and chemical compositions have been respectively brought to light. The paper presents a brief description of the process and mechanisms of the release of acid from refuse during its spontaneous combustion and the release of alkaline substances from red mud. It points out that the mechanisms as mentioned above may serve as a basis guiding the comprehensive utilization of such waste and red mud. Following an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of making sintered bricks using refuse red mud mixture as material,the technique for stacking coal mine waste and red mud in a mixed manner is proposed. It is concluded that the use of the method can achieve the expected result.
