选煤厂主厂房振动分析与控制措施

    Analysis of the vibration of the main plant of coal washery and control measures

    • 摘要: 选煤厂主厂房各楼层布置有各种振动设备,在结构设计中必须考虑大型动力设备的动荷载及由其引起的振动,并需要对主厂房的整体和关键部位进行振动分析和动力计算,根据相关结果改善结构的抗振性能,为后期的安全生产提供有力保障。根据有关原则和动力计算方法,对鸡西荣华立井选煤厂的主厂房进行抗振设计;自2011年投产至今,该主厂房未出现过振动问题。

       

      Abstract: Various kinds of vibratory equipment are fitted on each floor of the plant of a coal washery For this reason,in structural design of the plant,clue notice should be taken of the dynamic loads of largesized power equipment and the vibration thus induced,and it is imperative to carry out vibration analysis and dynamic computation of the entire plant and its key positions. On the basis of the result obtained,the anti-vibration performance of the plant structure can be improved for ensuring the safe operation in the future. According to the relevant principles and dynamic computation,the anti-vibration design of the main plant was made for Ronghua Lijing coal washery,Jixi City. Since the plant was put into service in 2011,up to the present,the plant has experienced no vibration-induced troubles.
