激振电机振动频率与布置角度对振动螺旋分选机性能的影响

    Effect of vibration frequency and arrangement angle of vibration exciting motor on performance of vibrating spiral separator

    • 摘要: 为了提高振动螺旋分选机的性能,制作出该型分选机的样机,研究激振电机振动频率和布置角度对设备分选效果和颗粒运动速度的影响。研究结果表明:随着振动频率的增大,设备分选效果先提高后降低,即其在达到最佳分选效果后降低;布置角度对设备分选效果影响不大,但对颗粒运动速度影响显著;该布置角度越大,颗粒运动速度也越大。

       

      Abstract: For improving the performance of the vibrating spiral separator,a prototype of the separator is made in order to study the effect of the vibration exciting motor frequency and arrangement angle on performance of and velocity of motion of particles in the separator. Result of study shows that with the increase of vibration frequency,the efficiency of the spiral separator first increases and then decreases after reaching its optimum state while the motor arrangement angle exerts only a negligible effect on the separator performance yet a noticeable effect on motion velocity of particles,i. e. the larger the angle,the higher the particle motion velocity becomes.
