朱家店选煤厂工艺系统技术改造实践

    Technical transformation of the coal cleaning system of Zhujiadian Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 为解决朱家店选煤厂煤泥处理系统存在的问题及其引发的其他问题,在对生产现状分析的基础上,增加粗煤泥分选系统和自动加药装置。在对生产系统改造后,粗煤泥得到了有效分选,精煤产率提高约3个百分点;原煤介耗量降低,能够保持在2 kg/t以下;循环水浓度由大于105 g/L降至10 g/L左右,且生产系统运行正常;洗选能力由0.90 Mt/a提高到1.20 Mt/a,取得了较好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problems encountered in the plant’s coal slime treatment system and other problems arising from there,an analysis is made of the existing operation condition of the plant and based on which a coarse slime separation system and an automatic reagent dosing device are added. Through technical upgrading of the slime treatment system,apart from an effective separation of the coarse slime,there have been seen an increase of clean coal yield by 3 percentage points,a reduced consumption of dense medium per ton of raw coal treated( > 2 kg/t) and a decrease of concentration of circulating water from 105 g/L to around 10 g/L. Moreover,the cleaning system is made possible to operate normally with a capacity increasing from 0. 90 Mt/a to 1. 20 Mt/a,bringing about a favorable economic return for the plant.
