龙华选煤厂降低洗末煤水分的方案探索
A study of the schemes for reducing the moisture of clean small coal at Longhua Coal Washery

摘要: 龙华选煤厂的洗末煤由20~13 mm粒级浅槽末精煤、13~1.5 mm粒级重介末精煤、1.5~0.35 mm粒级螺旋粗精煤三部分组成,原煤分级脱泥筛选型偏小、离心脱水机入料量大分别是这三者水分高的原因。针对此问题,需要增设ϕ1 500 mm的卧式振动卸料离心脱水机3台、立式刮刀卸料离心脱水机1台,以提高各脱水系统的处理能力。预计采取降水措施后,浅槽末精煤水分为14.50%,重介末精煤水分为15.00%,螺旋粗精煤水分为20.00%,洗末煤产量可以达到3.59 Mt/a,综合水分为15.64%,发热量为24.16 MJ/kg,洗末煤的数质量均会有所提高。Abstract: The washed small coal product of Longhua Coal Washery is made up of 3 parts: the 20~13 mm small coal from tromp separator( dense medium shallow-bath separator); the 13~1. 5 mm small coal product of H. M. cyclone; and the 1. 5~0 mm fine coal product of spiral separator. The 3 component parts are all high in moisture for the reasons that the raw coal sizing-disliming screen selected for use is relatively low in capacity and the centrifuge works under an excessive load. To avert this situation,it is necessitated to add three 1 500 mm horizontal vocational discharge centrifuges and a vertical scraper discharge centrifuge for increasing the capacity of the dewatering system. It is predicted that through the adoption of the moisture reduction measures,the moistures of the abovementioned 3 component parts may be reduced to 14. 50%,15. 00% and 20. 00% respectively,and the output of the composite clean coal product with a combined moisture of 15. 64% and a calorific valve of 24. 16 MJ/kg may reach 3. 59 Mt/a.
