大社贫煤作为高炉喷吹用煤的可行性研究

    Study on feasibility of using the lean coal produced by Dashe Mine for blast furnace pulverized coal injection

    • 摘要: 为进一步拓宽峰峰集团贫煤的市场用途,结合高炉喷吹用煤对煤种和煤质的要求,对峰峰集团大社矿贫煤进行实验室煤质数据分析,并对其作为高炉喷吹用煤的可行性进行研究;通过工业性模拟高炉喷吹试验,在技术上验证了大社贫煤用于高炉喷吹的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Lab test is conducted on the properties of the lean coal produced by Dashe Mine for determining its applicability for injection in blast furnace. Analysis of test result indicates the coal is distinguished by low sulfur,high carbon content,high calorific valve,favorable grindability and flammability,high fluidity and theoretical displacement ratio,and what’ more,it is non-explosive in nature. It proves to be an ideal coal for BF injection in pulverized form. It has been demonstrated through pilot-scale test that the use of the coal for BF injection is technically feasible.
