哈拉沟选煤厂煤泥水处理系统优化实践

    Optimization of the coal slurry water treatment system at Halagou Coal Cleaning Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决哈拉沟选煤厂煤泥水难以处理的问题,结合现场生产现状,在对浓缩池的入料、底流、溢流研究和分析的基础上,根据实际需要采取增设药剂制备系统、检测浓缩池澄清层厚度、提高煤泥回收设备处理能力等措施,以改善煤泥水处理效果。在对该选煤厂煤泥水处理系统优化后,浓缩池的澄清层厚度能够保持在0.80~1.50 m之间,煤泥水处理能力增加约1 638 m3/h,末煤入选率提高20个百分点,优化成效显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to overcome the difficulty encountered in the treatment of coal slurry at Halagou Coal Preparation Plant,on the basis of the analysis of the feed,underflow and overflow of the thickening pond,a series of measures has been taken for the improvement of the slurry treatment system. These include addition of flocculant preparation system,detection of thickness of the layer of the classified water in thickening pond and increase of capacity of slime recovery equipment. Through the upgrading of the slurry treatment system,the thickness of the classified water layer can maintain in a range of 0. 80 ~1. 50 cm while the coal slurry treatment capacity and the proportion of the small coal treated are increased by 1 638 m3/ h and 20 percentage points respectively. The optimization work has yielded a remarkable result.
