南屯煤矿选煤厂动筛系统改造实践

    Technical remoulding of the movable-bed jig at Nantun Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对南屯煤矿选煤厂动筛系统存在的洗水混乱、排料不稳定及液面难于控制等问题,从设备与工艺系统等方面出发,对动筛系统进行了技术改造。通过改造煤泥水管道,加设液压控制闸板及床层液位检测装置,实现了动筛系统洗水内部循环与排料、液位的自动控制,从而保证了生产的稳定。

       

      Abstract: It has been found that the troubles faced by Nantun Coal Preparation Plant in its operation of the jigging system involve difficulties in washwater management and control of liquid level,as well as unstable reject extraction operation. Such being the case,technical transformation work is made on the jig and the jigging process. Through the reform of the slurry piping system,and addition of hydraulically controlled reject discharge gate and liquid level control device,the jigging system is now enabled to operate with internal circulation of washwater and automatic control of reject discharge and liquid level,ensuring,as a result,the smooth operation of the overall jigging system.
