Abstract: In order to define an appropriate operational mode that fits the coal preparation plants in Ordos region,a general survey is made of the management and operational mode of the plants in main coal producing areas nationwide. On the basis of the result of analysis and the Huainan Mining Group,it is proposed to turn the plants in Ordos region into joint ventures. The paper presents a preliminary analysis of the new operational mode.
