王家岭煤矿选煤厂工程设计实践

    Practice of engineering design of Wangjialing Coal Mine Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 选煤厂是王家岭煤矿大型综合建设项目所属的四个子项目之一,为使选煤厂工程设计满足要求,在对入选原煤煤质分析的基础上,确定选煤工艺和主要设备的选型,并根据场地地形等因素进行总平面布置。该选煤厂投产至今已4年,2013年、2014年、2015年的原煤处理量分别为6.05、7.20、8.00 Mt,精煤平均产率为65%,平均电耗为7.10(k W·h)/t,平均灰分为9.50%,原煤平均介耗量为1.00 kg/t,各项指标均满足设计规范要求。

       

      Abstract: Wangjialing mine coal preparation plant is one of the four subprojects of the Wangjialing coal mine large scale comprehensive development project. In order to enable the engineering design to satisfy the needs of the coal preparation plant,the coal cleaning processes and main process equipment for use were selected on the basis of the analysis of the raw coal property while the general plan layout of the equipment was made in the light of the landform of the site. The plant has been in smooth operation for 4years. Its raw coal treating capacities reached 6. 05 Mt,7. 20 Mt and 8. 00 Mt respectively in 2013,2014 and 2015. According to statistical figures,on an every basis,the yield and ash of the clean coal are 65%and 9. 50% respectively while the power consumption is 7. 10(kW·h)/t and the medium consumption for treating each ton of raw coal is as low as 1. 00 kg. It shows that the plant is operating successfully according to designed specification in every aspect.
