Abstract: Following an analysis of washwater purification and reclaimation process applied in 4 representative coal preparation plants,a novel high-efficiency slurry water purification process is proposed.The process proposed involves the use of a single-stage thickener and a DH high-efficiency purifier.The paper presents a detailed description of the working principle and the effluent purification process of the DH purifier,a key equipment applied in the washwater purification and reclaimation process.Based on the result of purification of mine water with DH purifier,the performance of the unit for purification of washwater is predicted.
