Abstract: In consideration of the downturn of the current coal market and the characteristics of the actual operation of domestic coal preparation plants,the paper presents an introduction to the trusteeship management mode and its advantages when used in coal preparation plants in the aspects of technical and workforce management,repair and maintenance and cost control.Following that,it elaborates on the specific implementation measures and the criteria requisite for making check and assessment in practical application of the trusteeship management mode.This may serve as a certain reference for the selection and practice application of such a mode.
