腾庆选煤厂煤泥水絮凝沉降特性试验研究

    Experimental study on sedimentation characteristics of flocculated coal slurry at Tengqing Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高腾庆选煤厂的煤泥水沉降效果,在对其性质分析的基础上,以不同离子类型的聚丙烯酰胺作为絮凝剂,以2109和2111作为凝聚剂,进行絮凝沉降试验,研究煤泥水的沉降特性,探索不同药剂的最佳组合,并确定其最佳用量与配比。试验结果表明:该选煤厂煤泥水中含有大量的高灰细泥,自然沉降难度较大;单加分子量为800万的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,在其用量为8 g/m3时煤泥水絮凝沉降效果较好。

       

      Abstract: In order to quicken the slurry settling rate,a sedimentation test is made at the plant with the use of different types of polyacrylamides as flocculants and 2019 and 2011 as coagulants. The test made is directed toward the study of the sedimentation characteristics of the slurry as well as the optimum combination,dosage and proportioning of different agents. Test result indicates that the slurry water of the plant is high in content of high-ash coal fines and mud,making it rather hard to undergo natural sedimentation and when anionic polyacrylamide with a molecular weight of 8 million is used alone at a dosage of 8 g/cm3,a much better slurry settling effect can be expected.
