吕临选煤厂磁选尾矿处理系统改造实践

摘要: 吕临能化公司选煤厂原设计重介精煤和中煤、矸石的稀介质混合处理,致使后续脱泥、分级、浮选等作业难度增大。为此,将矸石磁选尾矿与精煤、中煤的磁选尾矿预先分离,以改善脱泥、分级、浮选的作业效果。现场生产表明:在对磁选尾矿处理系统改造后,入浮煤泥灰分由25.17%降至19.71%,浮选精煤产率从61.58%提高到81.47%,脱泥、分级效果也均得到改善。Abstract: The dilute medium drained from clean coal,middlings and reject products are treated in a mixed manner in the original design of the medium treatment system. This presents difficulties for the subsequent disliming,sizing and flotation operation. Hence,the magnetic tailings of reject is separated from the clean coal and middlings tailings beforehand for improvement of performance of the three subsequent operations as mentioned above. Practice shows that the technical transformation of the system has led to decrease to the ash of the feed to flotation circuit from 25. 17% to 19. 71%,an increase of the yield of flotation concentrate from 61. 58% to 81. 47% and much improved sizing performance.
