段王矿选煤厂原煤干法筛分的可行性研究

    Feasibility study of raw coal dry screening at Duanwang Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了满足产品质量要求和降低企业生产成本,基于筛分效果的理论对比分析,以弛张筛作为干法筛分设备,探索段王矿选煤厂原煤干法筛分的可行性,并对其工艺布置进行优化。半工业试验结果和生产实践表明:采用弛张筛作为筛分设备,对该选煤厂原煤进行3 mm干法筛分完全可行;筛机处理能力达到500 t/h,筛分效率在70%以上,达到设计预期。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the requirement on product quality and reduce plant operating cost,both theoretical study and comparative analysis are made of the performance of both dry and wet screening operations. Following that,a study is made on the feasibility of conducting dry screening of the raw coal at Duanwang Mine Coal Preparation Plant using the flip-flop screen,and the optimization of the process 1 layout. As evidenced by pilot industrial test and field application,it is practically feasible to make dry screening of the raw coal at a size of 3-mm using the flip-flop screen. The capacity and efficiency of the machine are 500 t/h and over 70% respectively,well up to the expected result.
