Abstract: The truck loading weighing system originally used suffers from the drawbacks of being low in efficiency,high in labor intensity,poor in working condition and data timeliness. To avert this situation,in the light of the specific conditions,an all-automatic weighing system has been developed through integrating the weighing,computer network communication,database processing,multi-media video monitoring and automatic control technologies. Practice shows the use of the system has led to higher loading and weighing efficiency and accuracy and optimized allocation of human resource,and makes it possible to realize sharing of measured data in a timely manner,helpful to the effective monitoring and scientific management of the goods coming into and out of the plant.
