重介选煤厂循环悬浮液分流技术研究

    Study on the technique for the split-flow of circulating medium suspension in dense medium separation plant

    • 摘要: 对于重介选煤厂来说,循环悬浮液的稳定性对产品质量有着重要影响,而循环悬浮液的稳定性更多的取决于其中的煤泥含量。为了保持循环悬浮液的稳定性,通常需要将其分流,目的是减少悬浮液中的煤泥。在研究分流作用、分流量计算的基础上,简要介绍了实际生产中"假密度"的出现原因及其处理方法,并论述了分流箱的布置与选择,以期为重介选煤厂的分流管理提供有益借鉴。

       

      Abstract: For a heavy medium coal preparation plant,the stability of circulating medium suspension exerts a great impact on the quality of products,and it is found that the stability of the medium suspension is largely governed by the content of coal slime in suspension. In order to maintain the stability of medium suspension,it is usually required to make a divided flow of the suspension for reducing the amount of coal slime contained in it. Based on the result of study made on the splitting effect and split flow calculation,the paper presents a brief account of the causes for the appearance of "false density"and the countermeasures in field operation,and elaborates on the layout and selection of the splitter box,so as to provide some reference helpful to the management of splitting of medium suspension in plant.
