利用超声波-微波技术脱除煤中有机硫的研究

    Study on removal of organic sulfur in coal using ultrasonic wave-microwave combined technique

    • 摘要: 为了进一步提高煤中有机硫的脱除效果,分别研究超声波和微波的辐照时间、工作功率对脱硫率的影响,并探索二者联合作用对脱硫率的影响规律。试验结果表明:超声波、微波的脱硫效果显著,而超声波-微波的脱硫效果优于其中任意一种;在超声波辐照时间为70 min、工作功率为240 W,微波辐照时间为30 min、工作功率为600 W的条件下,煤中的有机硫脱除效果最好,脱硫率为78.60%。

       

      Abstract: For further enhancing the organic sulfur removal efficiency, a study is made of the effect of radiation time and power on desulfurization rate in the case of using one kind of wave alone, and especially of the law governing the combined effect of such factors when 2 kinds of waves are used in combination. As evidenced by test result, the use of either kind of wave can yield a remarkable effect and the combined use of 2 kinds of waves works with an efficiency much higher than that in case of using either kind of wave alone. Under the optimum conditions when ultrasonic wave works with a radiation time of 70 min. and a power of 240 W and microwave works with a radiation time of 30 min. and a power of 600 W, a best desulfurization result can be obtained. In this case, the desulfurization rate is as high as 78.60%.
