利用浮选精煤制备水煤浆的试验研究

    Experimental study on preparation of coal-water slurry with flotation concentrate

    • 摘要: 为了提高煤泥水煤浆的产品质量,以贵州金佳矿选煤厂的浮选精煤为研究对象,探索其成浆性、分散剂种类及其用量、搅拌强度、制浆温度等对水煤浆表观粘度的影响。试验结果表明:加入分散剂可以提高浮选精煤的成浆性和稳定性,其中萘系分散剂N的分散效果最好;在萘系分散剂N用量为0.80%、搅拌强度为1 200 r/min、制浆温度为40 ℃的条件下,可制得浓度为67.90%、流动性为A级、表观粘度为925 mPa·s、稳定性为Ⅲ级的合格水煤浆。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the quality of coal-water slurry, the flotation concentrate from Jinjia Coal Mine Washery is selected as the object of study for making investations of the effects produced by slurryability, and such factors as type and dosage of dispersants used, agitation intensity and preparation temperature on the apparent viscosity of the CWS prepared. Test result shows that the addition of dispersant may result in increased slurryability and stability of the slurry prepared with flotation concentrate, and the use of the naphthalene-based dispersant N produces the most remarkable result. Under the conditions when the preparation is made with a dosage of 0.80% of naphthalene-based dispersant N, an agitation speed of 1 200 r/min and at a temperature of 40 ℃, a qualified CWS with a concentration of 67.90%, a grade-A flowability, an apparent viscosity of 925 mPa·s and a grade-Ⅲ stability can be obtained.
