摘要: 为了解决新窑煤矿选煤厂矸石泥化严重和煤泥水中细泥难沉降的问题,结合生产现状和理论分析,确定煤泥水处理系统整改方案。在提高煤泥水沉降速度和改善加药方式后,煤泥水处理效果得到明显改善,煤泥产率由6.10%上升至8.30%,洗精混煤产率由5.15%上升至5.80%,洗精子煤产率由1.57%上升至1.80%。Abstract: The operation of the coal washery is confronted with the trouble of liability of coal refuse to undergo severe size degradation in water and the difficult sedimentation of fine slime in slurry water. To tackle the problem, a coal slurry water treatment improvement scheme is defined according to the theoretical analysis and existing state of plant operation. With the increase of slurry sedimentation rate and improvement of mode of addition of flocculants, the following remarkable improvement has been made in the treatment of coal slurry water: an increase of yield of coal slime from 6.10% to 8.30%; a rise of yield of clean blending coal from 5.15% to 5.80%; and the increase of yield of clean sub-coal from 1.57% to 1.80%.
