八宝工业园选煤厂生产系统完善方案与运行效果

    Performance of the improved coal washing system applied at Babao Industrial Park Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 针对八宝工业园选煤厂入选原煤水分高,原煤容易在皮带上堆积、"跑货",手选岗位劳动强度大,精煤灰分居高不下,中煤发热量偏高的问题,采用原煤脱水、更换高频筛、中煤破碎再选方案对生产系统进行完善。在对生产系统完善后,原煤水分降至13%,精煤灰分下降1个百分点左右,中煤发热量下降4 MJ/kg左右,产品质量稳定,生产系统更加灵活。

       

      Abstract: The coal washery used to operate with a series of troubles, such as high moisture of raw coal feed, liability of raw coal to pile up on or spill out from belt conveyor, high labor intensity of handpicking workers, difficulty of reduction of clean coal ash and excessively high calorific value of middlings. To cope with the problems as described above, improvement is made of the washing system, which involves, among others, dewatering of raw coal, introduction of high-frequency vibrating screen and rewashing of crushed middlings. Application of the improved washing sytem has enabled the plant to operate in a more flexible manner and produce more consistent products, thanks to its ability to lower raw coal moisture to 13%, reduction of clean coal ash by one percentage point and decrease of calorific value of middlings by 4 MJ/kg.
