基于环网的燕家河煤矿井上分选设备集控系统设计

    Design of the ring network-based pit-head coal preparation equipment centralized control system at Yanjiahe Mine

    • 摘要: 针对燕家河煤矿井上分选设备控制方式陈旧落后,生产中易出现故障造成堆煤事故等问题,在对现场实际情况分析的基础上,结合煤炭分选加工系统常用的设备控制方式,设计出包含设备控制系统、电机监控系统及人/机交互系统的集控系统,其中设备控制系统采用PLC主从站+DLR环网方案,电机监控系统采用电机综保+无屏数据分站+光纤环网方案,人/机交互系统采用一机双显方案。在该集控系统投入应用后,生产系统运行稳定、可靠,原煤分选系统的生产效率得到显著提高。

       

      Abstract: The failure of coal preparation equipment frequently occurs, causing the pile-up of raw coal at pit-head due to the use of outdated equipment control mode. In order to tackle this problem, a coal preparation equipment control system-electric motor monitoring & control system-man/machine interactive system integrated centralized control system is designed, following an analysis of the specific site and operating conditions, and by reference to the commonly used coal preparation equipment control modes. The schemes adopted for the control of equipment, motors and man/machine interactive system are respectively PLC master-slave stations + DLR ring network, comprehensive protection + screenless data substation + fiber optic ring network, and one industrial computer with 2 monitors. The application of the centralized control system has led to noticeably higher stability, reliability and efficiency of the raw coal preparation system.
