浮选药剂与表面改性对太西氧化无烟煤浮选效果的影响研究

    Study of effect on performance of flotation of Taixi anthracite coal exerted by change of reagents and particle surface modification

    • 摘要: 为适应国家环保政策,满足市场需求,克服传统冷却式电磁除铁器在使用场合和使用效能上的弊端,开发了性能更优的空冷电磁除铁器。与常规的自冷式、风冷式、油冷式和强迫油循环电磁除铁器对比表明,空冷电磁除铁器环境适应性强,无冷却介质,温升低,吸力大,更具推广应用前景。

       

      Abstract: The economic performance of the plant is adversely affected by the poor performance in flotation of the oxidized anthracitic fine coal because of deterioration of its flotatability. Experimental test is made on the method for the improvement of the flotability of oxidized anthracite coal with Taixi anthracite coal as the object of study. The methods used involve the selective use of reagents produced both at home and abroad and mechanical removal of the layer of oxide for partical surface modification. Test result indicates that no noticeable improvement of flotation performance of such coal can be expected through the change of reagents,and the use of the latter method can produce a remarkable result as evidenced by the noticeable increase of yield of concentrate.
