悬浮液粘度对旋流器分选下限影响的研究

    A study on the effect of viscosity of medium suspension on drop-down of lower size limit of separation of cyclone

    • 摘要: 以重介质旋流器内部流体和颗粒的速度分布以及重力场中固液两相流中刚性颗粒受力分析为理论基础,采用欧拉场法和拉格朗日追踪法相结合的方法,对重介旋流器分选下限进行了研究,在进行必要的假设和忽略后,得出结论:当悬浮液粘度减小为原来的1/n,旋流器的分选下限将减小为原来的 1/√n。Fluent软件的模拟结果也进一步佐证了该理论分析的正确性与可信度。

       

      Abstract: The relation between viscosity of medium suspension and lower size limit of separation of cyclone in investigated theoretically based on result of analysis of velocity distribution of fluid and particles in cyclone and the force to which the rigid particles in solid-liquid flow in gravitational field are subjected,and through combined use of Euler field method and Lagrange tracking method. After making necessary assumptions and leaving out some omissible factors,it is concluded that the lower size limit of separation tends to drop to 1/√n of its original figure when viscosity of medium suspension is reduced down to 1/n of its original value. The soundness and confidence of the theorectical analysis have been borne out through simulation using Fluent software.
