Current status of the study of desulfurization of power coal using dry cleaning process

摘要: 结合具体工程应用案例,介绍了混煤脱硫、 末煤脱硫、双干脱硫和主再选脱硫四种干法分选脱硫工艺流程。生产实践表明, 干选技术可适用于<100 mm 原煤的处理,不仅具有无需用水的显著优势,并且投资少,工艺简单,操作方便,效果稳定,如工艺设计和设备选型适当,可以达到与传统水洗方法相近的脱硫效果,为合理配置和有效利用高硫煤资源以及保护环境提供了一条有效的技术途径。Abstract: An introduction is made in the paper to 4 different dry cleaning processes for desulfurization of coal by way of living examples,i. e. blended coal desulfurization process,small coal desulfurization process,pre-drying + dry cleaning process and combined primary and secondary dry cleaning process.Practice shows that dry cleaning process is suitable for desulfurization of-100 mm raw coal. The process operates with no need for water and offers the merits of being less in initial capital cost,simple in process flowsheet,and convenient and reliable in operation. If a dry cleaning system is well designed and the equipment of proper specifications are selected for use,its desulfurization performance is comparable to that of wet cleaning method. The dry cleaning process provides an effective technical approach for rational allocation and effective utilization of high-sulfur coal resources and protection of environment.
