精煤脱介弧形筛的工艺效果评定研究

    Assessment of working performance of the clean coal medium draining sieve bend

    • 摘要: 为了科学评定精煤脱介弧形筛的工艺效果,依据梗阳选煤厂精煤脱介弧形筛的工业检测数据,结合有关标准、方法规定,对其工艺效果进行评定。研究结果表明:对于<2 mm粒级精煤,磁性物脱除率为96.81%,全粒级(0~70 mm粒级)的脱水率为95.47%,<0.25 mm细粒级的正配效率为95.77%,脱介、脱泥、脱水效果良好;但其截留、回收1~0.25 mm粒级粗精煤的效果欠佳,其中62.29%混入筛下浓介质。

       

      Abstract: The working performance of the sieve bend used for draining off medium solids from clean coal used at Gengyang Coal Washery is assessed in a scientific manner based on the industrial test data and by following the relevant standards and specified methods.Result of study shows that the sieve bend works with a remarkable medium draining,desliming and dewatering performance as evidenced by the facts that: the magnetics removal rate for the < 2 mm size coal reaches 96.81%; the dewatering rate for the 0-70 mm whole size range is 95.47% while the rate of correctly placed material of the < 0.25 mm finer size is as high as 95.77%; and its capacity in retaining and recovery of the 1-0.25 mm coarser size is not so high as expected,and 62.29% of the coarser size is seen to be reported to the bend’s dense medium underflow.
