基于燃煤烟气的煤泥干燥系统脱硫脱硝技术研究

摘要: 为了解决基于燃煤烟气的煤泥干燥系统的烟气污染大气环境的问题,在对该干燥系统结构组成和工作原理分析的基础上,结合国内外脱硫脱硝技术现状,提出燃煤烟气脱硫脱硝技术方案。生产实践表明:双碱法脱硫技术、SNCR脱硝技术能有效减少燃煤烟气中的SOx和NOx含量,现场应用效果良好。Abstract: The use of coal slime thermal drying system using coal as fuel generally gives rise to atmospheric pollution because of its emission of flue gas.Following an introduction to the structural design and working principle of such a kind of drying system,the technical schemes for flue gas desulfurization and denitration are proposed based on the result of a general survey of such technologies currently available both within and abroad.Practice shows that the contents of SOxand NOxin the gas emission can be effectively reduced by using the double alkali desulfurization and SNCR denitration methods.Field application of the technologies has met with good result,with the gas emissions well up to the environmental protection requirement.
