黄陵一号煤矿选煤厂输煤系统煤尘治理研究与成效

    Technique applied for control of dust produced by the coal handing system of Huangling No. 1 Mine’s coal preparation plant and effect obtained

    • 摘要: 针对黄陵一号煤矿选煤厂输煤系统煤尘大,影响安全生产、职工身心健康及设备使用寿命的问题,在对输煤系统产尘点分布和产尘机理研究的基础上,结合国内除尘设备发展状况,确定输煤系统除尘方案,并就除尘系统使用过程中出现的问题提出优化方案。现场工业性试验数据说明,超声雾化除尘系统除尘效果良好,能够有效抑制输煤线各产尘点的煤尘,其投入运行后现场煤尘浓度降幅在86%以上。

       

      Abstract: The safety operation and physical and mental health of workers and service life of equipment are adversely affected by the serious dust nuisance in the operation of plant’s coal handing system.Based on result of analysis of distribution of dust-raising points and mechanisms involved,and through a survey of dust collecting equipment commonly used both within and abroad,the dust control schemes and approaches for tackling dust raising problems in operation of dust collection systems are proposed.As evidenced by data obtained through industrial test,the ultrasonic atomization dust suppression system works remarkably well in performance.The use of the system can lead to effective control of dust at various dust raising points and decrease of dust concentration by 86% on coal handing site.
