哈尔乌素选煤厂原煤脱粉系统改造实践

    Technical transformation of the raw coal fines removal system at Haerwusu Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 为了解决哈尔乌素选煤厂产品结构简单、提质空间有限的问题,在对该选煤厂生产现状分析的基础上,结合我国动力煤选煤厂分选情况,提出原煤脱粉系统改造方案。在对B系统、C系统改造后,该选煤厂的产品结构趋于合理,商品煤的产率下降2.74个百分点,而发热量提高0.63 MJ/kg,并创造了很大的经济效益,改造成效显著。

       

      Abstract: The coal product of Haerwusu Coal Washery is simple in structure,leaving,as a result,limited space for product upgrading.Based on the result of analysis of the present operating status and by reference to the power coal cleaning technologies currently available in China,the scheme for remoulding the washery’s raw coal fines removal system is proposed.Implementation of the technical transformation of the B and C systems has yielded substantial economic benefit because of the rationalized product mix,decrease of yield of saleable coal by 2.74 percentage points and increase of calorific value of saleable coal by 0.63 MJ/kg.
