平煤八矿选煤厂外来煤运输控制系统的设计与应用

摘要: 针对平煤八矿选煤厂外来煤运输系统自动化程度低的问题,根据外来煤运输系统的结构情况,设计外来煤运输控制系统。在该系统投入使用后,统计时间内生产系统的事故率下降67个百分点,生产系统启停车用时下降32个百分点,每次可节约68%的能耗;在外来煤运输系统正常运行的情况下,同岗位所需人员减少73个百分点;生产现场运输设备实现无人值守,达到了降低工人劳动强度,提高工作效率的目的。Abstract: In order to tackle the problem arising from the low automation level of the system for handling the coal coming from outside sources,the said coal handling system is re-designed following a study of the structural design of the coal handling system in current use at the plant.Field application of the system indicates that the fault rate of the system is reduced by 67 percentage points,the time required for start/stop of the system is shortened by 32 percentage points,and the power consumption for start/stop of the system is cut down by 68%.Furthermore,in the instance when the system is in normal operation,the manpower required at each work post is decreased by 73 percentage points,making it possible for the coal handling system to go into unmanned operation for further reduction of labor intensity and increase of operating efficiency.
