柴里煤矿选煤厂重介质密度控制系统自动化升级改造

    Technical upgrading of the automated dense medium density control system at Chaili Mine’s Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 为了保证柴里煤矿选煤厂重介产品的质量稳定且重介分选系统介耗处于较低水平,根据选煤厂自身特点,对重介质密度控制系统进行自动化升级改造。在对其升级改造后,能够实现重介质密度的自动控制和工艺参数的自动调节,精煤质量稳定且产率提高,这可为高产高效和现代化的生产管理奠定技术基础,并为企业带来一定的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: For enabling the washery to produce quality consistent products with comparatively low medium consumption,the heavy medium density control system is turned into an automated one through technical upgrading carried out according to the characteristics peculiar to the plant.After the application of the upgraded control system,a quality consistant clean coal product with a higher yield can be obtained,thanks to the possibility of effecting automatic control of medium density and automatic adjustment of process parameters.This not only provides a technical basis for the plant to realize high-output,high-efficiency operation and modern management,but also brings considerable economic benefit.
