基于有限元法的分级破碎机分体式机架的静力学分析

    Static analysis of the sizing crusher’s split-type frame assembly with finite element method

    • 摘要: 针对井下大型分级破碎机分体式机架的结构稳定性问题,进行了有限元静力学分析。利用软件建立分体式机架三维模型,将其导入到ANSYS Workbench平台进行静力学分析,通过求解机架变形和应变,对机架强度进行了校核,机架所受最大应力为156 MPa,小于材料强度极限235 MPa,为分体式机架的设计提供了理论支持。

       

      Abstract: Following a static analysis of the stability of the split-type frame assembly for supporting the large-sized sizing crusher for use underground using finite element method,a 3D model of the frame is developed with the software,which is then imported into ANSYS Workbench for making static analysis.The deformation and strains to which the frame assembly is subjected are calculated for verification of the strength of the frame assembly.It is found that the maximum stress to which the frame assembly is subjected is 156 MPa which is much less than the frame material’s ultimate strength of 235 MPa.The result of the study provides a theoretical support for the design of split framework.
