褐煤露天矿弃煤的干法分选

    Dry cleaning of the lignite discarded at open-cut mine

    • 摘要: 为了满足褐煤降灰提质的需求,针对褐煤开采过程中高灰分的顶底板煤和夹矸煤的混入、褐煤易泥化产生大量高灰分煤泥、煤泥水处理困难等问题,对内蒙古霍林河南露天矿褐煤的弃煤分选进行了综合分析。结果表明:风力干选避免了水洗系统煤泥水的问题,随着低热值和中等热值褐煤干选工艺的至臻完善和成熟,大量劣质褐煤经提质后可以转化为优质煤炭资源加以利用,提高了资源利用率,达到了褐煤提质的目的。

       

      Abstract: Cleaning of lignite usually entails difficulties in handling the large amount of high ash slime because of the mingling with high-ash roof and floor and interbanded lignite during the course of its mining,and the tendency of lignite to undergo degradation in water.In order to meet the needs for upgrading and reduction of ash of lignite,a comprehensive analysis is made of the approach for treating the lignite discarded at the South Open Pit,Huolinhe,Inner Mongolia.Experimental study conducted indicates that the use of pneumatic dry cleaning method makes it possible to dispense with the slurry water treatment system as in the case of using wet cleaning method.And with the incessant improvement and mature of the methods for dry cleaning of low-andmedium-calorific-value lignite,mass quantity of low-grade lignite can be converted through upgrading to superior-quality coal for enhancing the utilization rate of coal resources.
