3CDC1500/1100型三产品重介质旋流器在常村煤矿选煤厂的应用

Application of the 3CDC 1500/1100 3-product heavy-medium cyclone at Changcun Mine Coal Preparation Plant

摘要: 针对产能受限的问题,常村煤矿选煤厂新建了一套重介系统,主选设备采用了一台3CDC1500/1100型三产品重介质旋流器。为评价重介系统分选效果,对该旋流器进行了单机检查试验,结果表明:该旋流器分选效果良好,一段分选可能偏差为0.021 g/cm³,二段分选可能偏差为0.028 g/cm³,分选数量效率为99.60%,且产品质量稳定。

Abstract: Because of the limited treating capacity of the plant,a heavy medium separation system is added with the 3CDC 1500/1100 3-product H.M.cyclone as the primary washing equipment.For assessing the operating performance of the system,test is made with a stand-alone cyclone.As evidenced by test result,the cyclone works remarkably well with the Ep values of the first and second stages being as low as 0.021 g/cm~3 and 0.028 g/cm~3 respectively,and an organic efficiency of 99.60%,and the product is consistent in quality.
