无源灰水仪在煤质在线检测中的应用

    Application of the passive ash-moisture monitor for on-line coal quality detection

    • 摘要: 阐述了无源灰水仪所采用的天然射线法检测灰分和微波法检测水分的测量原理,介绍了无源灰水仪的结构和技术特点,评价了无源灰水仪在精煤煤质在线检测和原煤煤质在线检测的应用情况。现场应用表明:在线无源灰水仪的灰分、水分检测精度达到了精煤指导生产、原煤经济结算的要求,具有无源环保、测量精度高、自动化水平高的特点,实现了用户提高煤质质量、降低管理成本、减员增效的目的,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The on-line monitoring of ash and moisture of coal is affected using natural ray and microwave methods respectively.The paper presents an introduction to the working principle,structure and functional features of the passive monitor,as well as an evaluation of the results obtained through the use of the monitor for on-line detection of quality of both cleaned and raw coal.Practice shows the monitor works in an environmentally-friendly manner without the use of radiation source,and is high in accuracy and automation level,and the ash and moisture values detected can serve as a basis for guiding the production of clean coal products and making internal economic accounting.Therefore,a favorable socio-economic result is yielded thanks to the upgrading of coal products,curtail of management cost,increase of efficiency and reduction of number of personnel.
