超粗磁铁矿粉在天宏选煤厂原煤分选中的应用研究

摘要: 为了解决天宏选煤厂重介矸石灰分偏低的问题,根据现场实际情况,在对无压三产品重介质旋流器可调性结构参数优化的基础上,采用超粗磁铁矿粉作为加重质,对丁组、戊组及庚组原煤进行了探索性分选试验,结果表明:在保证精煤质量的前提下,采用超粗磁铁矿粉比采用标准粒级的磁铁矿粉时矸石灰分提高8~10个百分点,中煤产率提高约2个百分点。Abstract: The refuse product of the heavy medium separation system of the washery is found to be relatively low in ash.To tackle this problem,and in the light of the specific conditions of the plant,exploratory experiment is made on the separation of the raw coal of Ding,Wu and Geng groups using the structurally optimized gravity-fed 3-product H.M.cyclone with ultracoarse magnetite power as medium solids.Test result shows that under the prerequisite of ensuring the quality of clean coal product,the use of ultracoarse magnetite power as dense medium in place of the magnetite power of standard size can lead to a rise of refuse ash by 8~10 percentage points and an increase of yield of middling product by 2 percentage points.
