水泉选煤厂煤泥干燥系统改造实践

    Technical transformation of the coal slurry drying system at Shuiquan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决水泉选煤厂煤泥干燥系统中缓冲给料机堵料和滚筒式干燥机粘料的问题,结合选煤厂生产现状,对缓冲给料机的前挡板、尾煤泥刮板机下料漏斗和电机、干燥机尾部扬料板进行改造。在对相关设备和部件改造后,缓冲给料机不再堵料,干燥机粘料次数减少;干燥煤泥水分由19.60%降至14.80%,发热量由17.60 MJ/kg提高到19.20 MJ/kg,达到了企业内定的质量指标,且干燥设备所排尾气满足环保要求。煤泥干燥系统的稳定运行,为同步处理生产系统的煤泥提供了技术保障,并为企业带来了良好经济效益、社会效益及环境效益。

       

      Abstract: Plugging-up of the buffer feeder and sticking of material inside rotary drum dryer are the problems confronted by the coal slurry drying system of Shuiquan Coal Preparation Plant.To tackle these problems,and in the light of the plant’s existing operating conditions,work is made on the technical reform of the front baffle of the buffer feeder,the discharging hopper and motor of scraper conveyor,and drum dryer’s tail-end material lifting plate.Since the technical transformation of the equipment and parts as listed above,there has been seen an elimination of blocking of feeder,reduced frequency of occurrence of material sticking up inside dryer,a reduction of moisture of dried product from 19.60% to 14.80% and a rise of calorific value of dried product from 17.60 MJ/kg to 19.20 MJ/kg.The dried product is well up to the quality standard set by the plant.Moreover,the gas emission of the drying system can meet the environmental protection requirement.The stable operation of the drying system not only provides a technical guarantee for the treatment of the slime in step with the operation of the coal cleaning process,but also brings forth favorable economic,social and environmental benefits.
