Abstract: In view of the imperfection of the product mix,work is made at the plant on optimization of product structure according to the specific conditions of the plant,with the efforts directed toward 3 aspects: optimization of allocation of coal resources; improvement of structures of coal storage and handling systems; and ensuring ready marketability of products.The implementation of the product mix optimization scheme has led to higher market competitiveness and noticeable improvement of economic performance of the plant.
