HW12筛板在天宏选煤厂原煤分级中的开发及应用

    Technical development and application of the HW12 screen plate for sizing of raw coal at Tianhong Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对原煤分级筛筛孔粘料堵塞的情况,天宏选煤厂对入选原煤的高效分级进行了技术攻关。根据振动筛振动方式、振幅、频率和倾斜角度的不同,参照物料的粒度组成、堆比、硬度、水分、粘度、浓度和依附比等参数,重新设计新型柔性防堵HW12筛板,增加了物料的激振幅度,降低了物料与筛板的粘附,解决了筛板"堵"的难题,从而提升了分级效率,为后续分选创造了良好条件。

       

      Abstract: For solving the problem relating to the severe blinding of the raw coal sizing screen,extensive study is made on the technical approach to effect high-efficiency raw coal sizing operation.Based on the analysis of the varied vibration mode,amplitude,frequency and inclination angle of the screen,as well as the parameters with respect to the size,bulk density,moisture content,viscosity,concentration and adhesion ratio of feed material,the HW12 flexible non-blinding screen plate is developed.The use of the screen plate can effectively eliminate the blinding nuisance thanks to its capability to help enhance the exciting intensity and reduce the adhesion of material onto plate,this much enhancing,as a result,the efficiency of the sizing screen and the subsequent process links.
