煤与矸石分离系统中X射线探测器的设计

    Design of the X-ray detector for use in coal and gangue separation system

    • 摘要: 为确定煤矸石分选系统中X射线探测器设计的最佳方案,满足煤矸石分选系统的应用需求,基于连续能谱X射线衰减与煤矸石的关系,在对阵列电离室型探测器与闪烁体探测器比较的基础上,选用阵列电离室型探测器对分选系统进行设计,并介绍了该探测器的外形、内部结构、技术指标、工作原理及技术特点。研究表明,该探测器可实现双能X射线探测,其阵列电离室型结构中带孔金属板隔离可形成高低能射线两个探测腔体,且两部分探测效率相当,结构简单,性能稳定性,适合在粉尘、振动及噪声的环境中使用。

       

      Abstract: In order to define the optimum design of the X-ray defector for meeting the requirement of the coal and gangue separation system,a comparison is made between the array ionchamber type detector and the scintillation version based on the attenuation of continuous energy spectrum X-ray in relation to the presence of gangue in coal.Based on the result of comparison,the former type is selected for use.The paper presents an introduction to the external form,internal structure,technical parameters,working principle and technical features of the detector.Result of study shows that,because of the presence of a perforated partition plate in the ionchamber,the detector can perform dual-energy detection function with its highenergy and low-energy chambers,and both the 2 chambers can work with the same detection efficiency.The detector is simple in structural design,reliable in performance,and is particularly suitable for use under harsh conditions.
