煤泥浮选过程强化之六——浮选流体动力学与界面调控协同强化篇

    Fine coal flotation process intensification—Part 6:Hydrodynamics-interfacial conditioning synergistic enhancement

    • 摘要: 为了实现煤泥浮选过程的强化,基于煤粒与气泡碰撞、煤粒与气泡粘附及煤粒从气泡表面脱落三个子过程,从流体动力学和界面调控两个方面,阐述了难浮煤泥的浮选过程强化技术。针对采用单一浮选过程强化方法的局限性,创新性地提出煤泥浮选流体动力学与界面调控协同强化的新思路。

       

      Abstract: Following a general study of 3 flotation sub-processes,i.e.particle-bubble collision,particlebubble attachment and particle-bubble detachment,the paper presents an overview of the technologies available worldwide for intensification of hard-to-float fine coal flotation process based on hydrodynamics and interfacial conditioning aspects.In view of the limitations of the effect produced by enhancement of a single process,an innovative idea of making hydrodynamics-interfacial conditioning synergistic enhancement is proposed,for effecting fine coal flotation process intensification.
