    影响煤矸石中氧化铝浸出效果的因素探索

    Study on the factors affecting the leaching-out of alumina from coal refuse

    • 摘要: 为了提高鸡西矿区煤矸石中氧化铝的浸出效果,在对煤矸石活化处理的基础上,采用硫酸溶液对其进行酸浸处理,探索不同因素对煤矸石中氧化铝浸出效果的影响规律,并确定氧化铝的最佳浸出条件。试验结果表明:硫酸浓度、酸浸温度、酸浸时间、液固比均对氧化铝的浸出效果有影响,在液固比为2∶1、硫酸浓度为80%、酸浸温度为120 ℃、酸浸时间为2.50 h的条件下,氧化铝的浸出效果最好,浸取率为37.11%。

       

      Abstract: For achieving a more effective leaching of alumina from the refuse in Jixi Mining Area, the refuse is subjected to pickling treatment with sulfuric acid solution after first going through thermal activation, with an aim to reveal the law governing the effect on leaching-out of alumina from refuse produced by different factors, and define the optimum alumina leaching conditions. As indicated by test result, the concentration of sulfuric acid, pickling temperature and time, and solid-liquid ratio all exert a bearing on the alumina leaching-out effect; at a liquid-solid ratio of 2∶1, a sulfuric acid concentration of 80%, a pickling temperature of 120 ℃ and a pickling time of 2.50 h, a best leaching result can be expected with an alumina leaching-out rate of being up to 37.11% in this case.
