    中煤有压再选三段重介质旋流器可行性试验探究

    Experimental study on the feasibility of rewashing of middlings using pressure-fed 3-stage heavy medium cyclone

    • 摘要: 为了解决三产品重介质旋流器中煤夹带精煤问题,以传统两段三产品重介质旋流器的设计经验为基础,设计出了中煤有压再选三段重介质旋流器。通过带介质试验,对比了两段三产品重介质旋流器和三段重介质旋流器各出料口的密度变化以及密度差异,验证了中煤有压再选三段重介质旋流器分选的可行性。

       

      Abstract: In coal washing with 3-product H.M. cyclone, its middlings product is found to have misplaced clean coal. To tackle this problem, a pressure-fed 3-stage H.M. cyclone for rewashing the middlings is designed based on the experience in the design of the traditional 2-stage 3-product version. Tests are made with the 2-stage 3-product and the 3-stage H.M. cyclones through operation with medium for making a comparison of the density variation and difference at their individual outlets. The test result well demonstrates the feasibility of making rewashing of middlings with the use of the 3-stage heavy medium cyclone.
