    浅槽重介分选机上升流系统防堵优化研究

    The optimum scheme for preventing clogging of the shallow-bath heavy medium separator's upward current system

    • 摘要: 为了解决浅槽重介分选机上升流系统堵塞频繁的问题,在对上升流系统结构与工作原理分析的基础上,结合上湾选煤厂多年的生产实践经验,研究了影响上升流正常运行的因素,并提出了相应的优化方案。方案实施后,在相同的生产条件下,浅槽重介分选机上升流系统的堵塞频率下降90个百分点以上,单台浅槽重介分选机每年可节约电费10.08万元,同时重介生产系统的介耗下降3.20个百分点,因此节省了大量生产成本。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the trouble of frequent blocking of the separator's upward current system, an optimum scheme for preventing the occurrence of such troubles is proposed, following an analysis of the structural design and working principle of the upward current system and the factors affecting the normal operation of the system, and by referring to the operational experience gained by Shangwan Coal Preparation Plant over years. Practice shows that under the identical working conditions, the implementation of the scheme has led to sharp decrease of the frequency of occurrence of the plugging trouble and medium consumption, making it possible for the plant to save a power cost of 100, 800 yuan for operating the separator each year.
