    新疆焦煤集团艾维尔沟选煤厂极难选煤洗选实践

    Practice of treatment of extremely difficult-to-wash coking coal at Aivergou Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 为了解决低密度分选极难选4#原煤时,精煤灰分偏高,精煤灰分稳定率低,循环水浓度偏高的问题,新疆焦煤集团艾维尔沟选煤厂进行了一系列技术改造,选煤厂更换了密度计、高压泵及煤泥旋流器,恢复了精煤泥弧形筛击打振动器,增加了耙式浓缩机和尾煤压滤机,改造了精煤泥脱水工艺。改造实践表明,改造后精煤灰分<8.5%,精煤灰分稳定率达到95%,循环水浓度<0.5 g/L。

       

      Abstract: The trouble with the separation of the 4# difficult-to-wash coking coal at a low density is that the clean coal is relatively high and unstable in ash and the circulating water is high in concentration. To tackle this problem, a series of technical renovation measures are taken by the washery, such as change of density meter, high-pressure feed pump and coal slime cyclone, fitting percussion device on clean slime sieve bend, addition of rake thickener and tailings filter press, and remoulding of clean slime dewatering process. Practice shows the technical renovation has achieved the desired effects as evidenced by the drop of clean coal ash to < 8.5%, a rise of ash stability rate up to 95% and a decrease of circulating water concentration to a level of < 0.5 g/L.
