    立式离心机筛篮间隙调节器的研制与应用

    Development and application of the vertical screw discharge centrifuge's basket-scraper clearance adjuster

    • 摘要: 针对马头洗选厂立式螺旋卸料离心机在生产实际过程中出现产品水分偏大的问题,研制了离心机筛篮间隙调节器,用来调节离心机螺旋卸料刮刀和筛篮之间的间隙,使其能够达到正常的工作间隙,从而有效地控制了离心机脱水产品的水分(由17%~21%降至15%~17%),明显改善了离心机使用效果,并且操作方便、省时高效。

       

      Abstract: For tackling the problem concerning the considerably high moisture of the product of the centrifuge, an adjuster is designed and developed for regulating the clearance between the centrifuge's discharge scraper rotor and basket. The use of the adjuster has led to effective control of product moisture, which is reduced from 17%-21% down to 15%-17%, as well as improved performance, more convenient operation, higher efficiency and less cycle time of the centrifuge.
